Learn the basics of scuba diving and try it out in the comfort & safety of our on-site pool. Our friendly & knowledgeable staff will show you how easy and exciting scuba diving is giving you a chance to learn the basics and be able to ask questions and practice your skills before an exciting ocean dive.

After your FREE Scuba lesson you will be able to join your instructor for an unforgettable boat dive to see sea turtles, thousands of tropical fish, octopus and other abundant marine life.

Minimum age is 12 years. A parent or guardian’s signature is required prior to any in water activities. Basic water comfort and swimming skills needed.

Must complete the SSI Medical Statement- If there are any medical conditions indicated by a “yes” answer on the medical statement, you will need to get a medical release from your doctor prior to any scuba activity.

When planning activities, allow 24 hours after scuba diving before driving or flying over 1000’ or 300m of altitude.

SSI OPEN WATER DIVER

Begin your lifetime of adventure and excitement by getting SCUBA Certified. By becoming scuba certified, you will be able to visit new and exotic places, visit countries you may not have gone before or just create a new passion for life.

In your Open Water Diver Course, you will learn the basics of scuba diving, equipment selection and use, dive tables, scuba skills taught in the comfort & safety of our on-site pool and four open water dives from our boat.

Open Water Diver Course: Your adventure begins by reading the Open Water Manual and answering questions from each chapter and watching the Open Water Video. (You will need to finish chapters 1-3 of Manual & video prior to start of ½ day class or all 6 chapters if combining the two ½ half days).

Schedule:
4 Days. (2 Half days & 2 Full days)
(Two half days may be combined to make 1 full day making 3 full days for the course)

Cost: $399.95 (Minimum 2 Students) Private Class- $499
Includes: SCUBA equipment use, pool sessions, four boat dive(s), transportation to boat, refreshments on boat & instruction

SSI Open Water Kit: $54.95 Includes: Open Water Manual, video and dive tables.

Students must provide Personal Snorkeling System, (mask, snorkel, boots, & fins) and log book.

Bring: swim wear, towel, sun block &hat.

SSI Referral

Students can be referred by any dive shop to complete diving requirements for open water certification. Students must have all paper work from their referring instructor acknowledging completion of all pool and academic sessions.

Referral Dives -Two Days. (four dives over two days)
11:00am -3:30pm each day.

Cost: $299
Includes: SCUBA equipment use, four boat dive(s), transportation to boat, refreshments on boat & instruction.

Student to provide: Personal Snorkeling System, (mask, snorkel, boots & fins), log book and referral form.

Bring: swim suit, towel, sun screen & camera

Reservations required. 24 hour cancellation policy enforced
